Publix is one of my favorite grocery stores! They have such great customer service and the Publix Guarantee is awesome! You can't beat it!
Q: What is the Publix guarantee?
A: The philosophy of pleasing our customers was established from the beginning by our founder, George W. Jenkins. The purpose of his guarantee remains to satisfy the customer: "We will never knowingly disappoint you. If for any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, the full purchase price will be cheerfully refunded immediately upon request."Florida stores have sales running from Wednesday through Thursday and all other stores have sales starting Tuesday through Wednesday. Here are some of their guidelines for getting the best deals:
- They accept competitors coupons (Just be sure to call or ask which stores they consider competitors. All stores are different)
- They allow you to stack 1 manufacturer's coupon with 1 Publix coupon on the same product
- You can use 1 coupon for each item in a Buy One Get One (BOGO) deal
Also, be sure to call or ask if they take computer printed coupons and any other guidelines they may have concerning coupons. For example, my Publix accepts computer printed coupons but just recently will not take any FREE or Buy#Get# FREE coupons. They also don't accept Target coupons as competitors. I know of another close to me that won't take any computer printed coupons, but will accept Target as competitor coupons. So just be sure to ask. I find they have the nicest managers and hopefully you can find a store close to you that you can work with!
